How Things Work

Choose your favorite freshly ground coffee and load the heavy-duty portafilter with the 1 or 2 cup sieve. Once the portafilter is engaged, simply turn the control knob towards the cup symbol and the 15-bar pump produces rich espresso with a thick layer of crema. Next, turn the control knob towards the steam symbol and the high pressure frother makes powerful steam to create impeccably frothed milk.
