Designed and engineered in Germany Rosle's fruit knife is made of 18/10 stainless steel. Work is made easier by the slightly curved blade, which is designed to fit the rounded shape of fruit and vegetables. The blade handle is circular and can be used with either your left or right hand. High-grade epoxy cement is used to fill both ends of the handle. This makes the tool watertight, anchors the head securely, and gives it good weight and balance. Each piece is finished with a polished hanging loop for use with the open kitchen rail storage system.
