This fine oil is a mixture of white mineral oil and beeswax and will give your john boos product the same quality finish as the factory. It is recommended to oil the tops or blocks every 4-6 weeks. This food-safe oil finish keeps your blocks looking new.

Seals and Moisturizes

You can apply a coat of John Boos Mystery Oil over the entire surface of your cutting board. Using a paper towel or clean cloth, spread the oil evenly over the board surface but don't forget the sides and allow the oil to absorb, then wipe off the excess.
