The JP12 -- Giants infielder Joe Panik's turning model -- is inspired by the T141, one of Louisville Slugger's most balanced offerings. This bat, which is made with a natural finish and a hologram center brand, has a medium barrel and a thick handle. JP12 Turning Model 

Among the more balanced models in Louisville Slugger's offering, the JP12 features a medium barrel and a thick handle. Compared to the C271, the JP12 offers a slightly longer barrel and a more gradual taper from barrel to handle.
