The Rout-R-Lift II comes in 5 different styles depending on the router and router diameter you plan to use. This model is designed for use with Porter Cable 690/890, DW 610/616/618, Bosch 1617/1618, or any other routers with 3.5" diameter motors.

Double-Sealed Ball Bearing Construction

Thanks to the a double sealed bearing to the spindle, the Rout-R-Lift II can smoothly raise and lower your motor with ease.

Bearing the Tension of the Lift

The shafts on the Rout-R-Lift II, like all the Router Lifts, are pressed into a shaft mount with hydraulic pressure. The shafts are attached to the top plate and fasten in place with more than one screw spreading the lateral load and providing a very rigid and durable mount that will withstand the toughest routing operations.

Sturdy Construction

All the machined components on the Rout-R-Lift II are CNC machined for durability.

No Bent Wrenches

The bits can be easily changed from above the table without the need for bent wrenches.

JessEm 10-Piece Insert Ring Set with Caddy for Router Plates and Lift Systems

These Insert Rings allow you to change the bit-hole diameter in all the JessEm Router Plates and Lift Systems. This set includes 10 insert rings with bit size ranging from 1/4" to 2-1/4", including a blank. They all feature JessEm's standard Tab-Lock design. Each piece is molded from glass filled polycarbonate for long life and durability. The rings are conveniently labeled with size for easy identification.

Easy Installation

1/4" turn tightens or releases the insert ring.

Storage Caddy

The set also includes a convenient storage caddy that can hold up to 14 rings in total.
