Freud Diablo 10‑1/4 in. x 40 Tooth General Purpose Beam Saw Blade
The Freud Diablo 10‑1/4 in. x 40 Tooth General Purpose Beam Saw Blade was specifically designed for wormdrive saws with a 5/8" diamond knockout. The Diablo Saw Blade cuts 4x headers and fence posts, 2x sandwiched headers, exposed beams for decks and porches and 7 sheets of 1/2" plywood with one pass. It is built from TiCo Hi-Density carbide that was specifically designed for each application to increase performance. With Perma-SHIELD Non-stick Coating, the Diablo is protected from heat, gumming, and over corrosion. The Diablo gives you a super thin laser cut kerf for fast, durable, and clean cuts and a tri-metal shock resistant brazing that allows carbide tips to withstand extreme impact for maximum durability.
Hardened Steel Body
The Freud Diablo 10‑1/4 in. x 40 Saw Blade was built from a durable hardened steel body to give you longer life and a sharper cutting edge. The teeth are made of Ti-Co high density carbide with titanium and cobalt for a design that is durable and long-lasting. Cut from Hardcore Steel with high precision lasers, the blade's ultra-thin kerf design provides fast, effortless cuts. Non-stick Perma-Shield coating protects the blade from heat and corrosion, reduces friction and pitch buildup. Laser-cut stabilizer vents absorb noise and reduce vibration for a cleaner cut and longer life. Diablo beam saw blades are designed for large capacity beam, post and timber cutting.
Compatibility
