The Anker SOLIX BP3800 Plus Home Backup Kit is the most accessible home power system designed to keep your home powered and your appliances running smoothly during power outages. The Anker SOLIX F3800 comes with 400W portable solar panel and Home Backup Kit that includes transfer switch and cable. With its plug-and-play design, setting up your home backup system has never been easier, though it's noted that accessories are sold separately. Monitoring and managing your energy usage is made simple with the smart energy app, which connects via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, giving you control and insight into your power consumption. It is built with long-lasting LFP batteries.
Powerful Backup Kit
The SOLIX BP3800 is not just powerful, offering a 6,000W, 120V and 240V split-phase output in a single unit, but it's also versatile, capable of supporting even the most power-hungry appliances in your home. Its expandable energy storage capacity starts at 3.84kWh and can be expanded up to 26.9kWh with additional Anker SOLIX BP3800 batteries, ensuring that you can scale up to 12kW (53.8kWh) for those extended power outages.
Rapid Charging
For those who prefer eco-friendly charging options, the SOLIX BP3800 features a 2,400W solar input, allowing for rapid charging in just 1.5 hours under optimal sunlight conditions. 
Equipped with Outlets
Additionally, it is equipped with NEMA 14-50 and L14-30 outlets, making it ready to directly charge your electric vehicle (EV) and recreational vehicle (RV), providing an all-in-one power solution for your home and mobility needs. 
Charging Options
It boasts more fast-charging options which are grid (1,800W), Portable Solar Panels (2400W), Family Solar Solutions (3800W), and Car Auxiliary Port (120W).
Power Your Home All At Once
You can run several appliances simultaneously with 6,000W like Central AC plus Coffee Maker, along with Bread Maker. Pair with another unit for 12,000W like Pool Pump plus Fridge, along with Microwave.

Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@lifestylebyfocus.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you purchased within 30 days and order what you’d like instead. 
If you ordered a kit, you must return all components and accessories to receive a full refund. 
If you ordered a product that included a free item, you must include the free item with your return. If not, your return will not be accepted and you will not receive a full refund. 
We currently only offer camera repairs at our Brooklyn store. The item must be dropped off and collected in person as we do not accept shipped items for repair. For more information, please call our Brooklyn store on 1.718.431.7900.

All orders placed by 4PM( EST), Monday through Thursday, and by 11AM (EST) on Friday, are shipped same day. Orders placed outside these times will ship the next business day. We do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories at this time. For more details click here.
