Return an Item
We hope you had a pleasant shopping experience. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, our flexible 30-day return policy makes it easy to get a full refund.
Please use the following steps to complete your return:

or look up your order using the Order ID.

Select the item you’d like to return and fill out the form within 30 days of purchase.

Send us the item using the shipping label provided or use your own.

Once your item passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund within 3-5 days.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returns on items valued over $50 are FREE, to return items valued $49.99 and under you may purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice.

All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the following requirements:
- Products must be returned with all the original manufacturer’s packaging and box contents, undamaged and unmarked. This includes box inserts, accessories, and warranty card.
- UPC codes must not be cut from the packaging.
- All products must be mailed inside an outer box/container and adequately protected from damage during transit.
- All free gifts must be returned with the main item. In the event that these free gifts are not returned, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.
Once the item is returned to us and passes inspection, you will receive an email notification that your return has been processed. Any refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow 7 to 10 days for a refund to show in your account or on your credit card. Focus Camera reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that does not comply with the information found in this return policy.
Holiday returns
We understand that every gift can't be perfect. Shop with the comfort of our courteous holiday Extended Return Policy. Items purchased from 11/1/2023 - 12/25/2023 can be returned until 1/31/2024. All other return conditions still apply.
*Note: all returned items must reach us by 1/31/2024 to be considered for our policy.
Is your item damaged?
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
What cannot be returned?
All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned.
The following items are nonreturnable and cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened:
- Shaving equipment & personal care products (due to NY Health Dept. reg.)
- Printers, once toner has been installed
- Air conditioners
- Interactive whiteboards
- A purchase with UPC code cut off the package
- Gifts cards (both physical and electronic)
Televisions:
Televisions with a screen size 37” and larger cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. We recommend that you carefully inspect the product upon delivery for any damage. Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 HOURS of the product’s delivery. Any damage reported after that time will not be accepted for replacement or refund. If the television is refused at the time of delivery, you will be liable for return shipping fees and Focus Camera reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. If you are returning a cellphone, laptop, tablet, or desktop computer, please make sure that all data has been removed and you have reset the device's password and settings to 'as new'. Failure to do so may delay your return.
DJI Returns:
DJI returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and unused, returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must have original shrink wrapping intact. Opened or used DJI drones cannot be returned for a full refund, each return will be inspected and subjected up to 30% restocking fee. This policy ensures adherence to quality and supplier standards. What happens if there is a pricing or website listing error?
While we strive to ensure complete accuracy on our website, errors do sometimes occur. If the price of a product (or products) is higher than what was displayed, we will cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. For other website errors, we reserve the right to cancel your order on a case-by-case basis as needed. You will always receive a cancellation notification.
We provide same day shipping on all orders that are placed and verified by 4PM (EST), Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday must be received and verified by 11AM (EST). Any orders placed outside these times will be shipped the next business day.
We use a variety of different shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Please note that due to inclement weather the shipping carrier may experience shipping delays, and this is unfortunately beyond our control.
Sales tax is calculated in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Where sales tax applies, the order total during checkout only reflects an estimated sales tax amount. The final sales tax charge will be displayed on your order confirmation email. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states.
If your shipping address differs from your billing address, please make sure that you call your credit card company to have that address authorized as an alternate shipping address. If you do not, the shipment of your order may be significantly delayed.
Free shipping is available on thousands of items within the continental USA.
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders are sent via USPS with 14 to 21 days delivery. Unfortunately free shipping isn’t available to these destinations. When selecting 2-day air, please allow an extra few days for your order to arrive at your intended address.
US Territories & Countries Outside The USA
At this time we do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories.
