Braun’s JB7000BKS PureMix blender incorporates a number of features that make it easy to use as well as versatile enough to tackle any blending or food processing task. The blender’s FoodCrush blade system is specially designed to deliver perfectly blended foods every time and the PowerAssist technology can detect the density of contents to adjust blending speed. There are also two speed modes and an auto pulse mode to handle any type of food or liquid. When you’re done, clean-up is easy thanks to the sealed control panel that can be wiped clean with a rag and the removable BPA-free pitcher that is dishwasher-safe.

SmoothCrush Blade System

The blade and 56 ounce plastic pitcher of the JB7000BKS are designed to work together to provide peak blending performance. The angled body of the pitcher keeps chunks at the bottom so nothing escapes the spinning blades. The blades themselves are positioned on a raised pedestal to more easily catch draw in chunks of food that could otherwise get stuck on the sides or bottom of the pitcher. The result if these design elements are smoother blends with an even consistency throughout.

Multiple Speeds and PowerAssist Technology

Many recipes that need to be prepared in a blender call for ingredients of varying density from liquid, to fruits, vegetables and even ice. All of these ingredients require different speed and power levels so Braun designed this blender with two speed settings and automatic pulse setting. This allows you to tailor the JB7000BKS’s power to the dish you’re preparing. This unit also features PowerAssist technology that actively monitors the density of the ingredients in the pitcher and adjusts the blade speed accordingly. This ensures the blender is always providing the optimal speed necessary to cut through all of the ingredients.
