Designed for optimal taste, the machine begins by gently expanding the grinds with steady low pressure, and slowly builds up to full pressure. The pressure is applied to all parts of the coffee puck so the optimal flavor is extracted. This Infuser is a great machine with even better-tasting coffee.
Great-Tasting
The espresso machine features pre-infusion technology, a thermocoil heating system, and PID temperature control technology for consistent, great-tasting results. The machine features a 54mm stainless steel portafilter and tamper, with technology that removes excess water from the filter basket after coffee extraction, so the grounds form a dry puck for super-fast cleanup.
Milk Frothing
The Breville espresso machine comes with an impressive steam pressure system with a steam arm for frothing your milk to perfection. The steam wand allows you to hand-texture the micro-foam necessary to enhance the flavor of the coffee and create latte art. The machine also features a dedicated hot water outlet for hot water dispensing.
Ergonomic Design
The Infuser espresso machine from Breville includes an indicator that updates you when the drip tray is full so you don’t have an overflowing mess. The machine also features a cleaning alert when the machine needs to be cleaned. The storage tray houses the included accessories and all parts that come in contact with the coffee are BPA free.
