ChocoVision Revolation 2 Chocolate Tempering Machine (White)
Designed for the professional chocolatier, the Revolation 2 is a conventional space-efficient tabletop tempering machine, which melts, tempers, sets, and holds up to 1.5 lbs of chocolate to 2/10 of a degree Fahrenheit. It allows for a daily output of 10 lbs per day. A serious tool for a demanding environment.
