The Evolution S28MAG 1-1/8-inch Industrial Magnetic Drill effortlessly bores through steel – ideal for steel framework, I-beams and bridges. Equipped with a powerful 10-amp motor and a magnet with 2860 lbs force, this drill makes light work of steel drilling up to 1-1/8-inch wide and 2-inch deep. Use with Evolution Cyclone cutters for best results.

Powerful 10-amp motor, high torque gearbox and durable double dovetail slides have earned the S28MAG its heavy duty badge. This machine is made for the most demanding jobs both in and away from the workshop. Rear & top mounted controls make this tool easy to use in any orientation and the 8 ft power cord minimizes the need for extension cords.
Versatile Cutting
Drill holes up to 1-1/8-inch wide and 2-inch deep with Evolution annular cutters or easily install the supplied 3-jaw chuck to use traditional twist drills up to 1/2-inch.
