The Garcima La Paella G500 Paella Pan Propane Gas Burner features two concentric rings of flame and two knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 20-inch, and the inner ring is 12-inch. The burner fits 28-inch and smaller pans, easily use the inner ring by itself for 17-inch and smaller pans. The G20005 offers maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. The burner is for propane gas only and the total BTU output is 48,000. Great for making paella, camping, outdoor kitchens, and brewing beer.
