The Instant Pot Duo Plus 3-Quart, 9-in-1 Programmable Multi-Cooker replaces nine commonly used kitchen appliances, combining the functions of a Pressure Cooker, Egg Cooker, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Steamer, Saute, Yogurt Maker, Sterilizer and Warmer. It prepares dishes up to 70% faster saving you time and energy in your busy lifestyle. This multi-cooker features 13 smart programs such as Soup/Broth, Meat/Stew, Bean/Chili, Saute, Rice, Porridge, Steam, Slow Cook, Yogurt, Keep Warm, Sterilizer, Egg Maker, and Pressure Cook, your favorite dishes are as easy as pressing a button.
Durable Design
The brushed stainless steel exterior is finger print resistant with a lid holder for left and right-handed users. Featuring a 3-ply 18/8 stainless steel inner cooking pot, this cooker does not have any chemical coating and is extremely durable and leaves no health concerns as associated with non-stick coatings. It has a bottom for even heat distribution. The fully sealed environment traps the flavors, nutrients and aromas in the food without heating up the kitchen. This instant pot has been carefully designed to eliminate many common errors which may cause harm. It has passed stringent UL and ULC certification giving one uncompromised safety. It is designed with 10 safety mechanisms and patented technologies.
Embedded Microprocessor
The Instant Pot Duo Plus Mini is built with the 3rd generation technology with an embedded microprocessor. During cooking, the microprocessor monitors pressure, temperature, keeps time, and adjusts heating intensity and duration. Even the volume of food is taken into consideration, all greatly improving cooking results and consistency of the dishes.
Convenient Functions
It includes two new programs, Egg and Sterilize. The Egg program has been created to prepare perfect eggs in just a few minutes. With the Sterilize program one can pasteurize milk, and sterilize baby bottles, jars, and utensils. It can also perform certain types of canning much more conveniently than ever before! Additionally, the programmable multi-cooker has a 24-hour delay start timer for delayed cooking. Automatic keep warm holds the temperature of the dish until you serve.
