The deep grooves in this J.K. Adams Maple Carving Board are routed into the surface of the wood in a traditional well-and-tree pattern. The channels are sloped to direct those delicious meat juices into a large well. These juices can be easily spooned out for gravies and sauces. The board is made of maple wood with a protective mineral oil finish and measures 20 x 14 x 1.25 inches.
