3 Pre-Set Rod Angles and Usage

It has three pre-set rod angles designed to provide a precise edge. A 17-degree fine angle is used for fillet and fine slicing. A 20-degree fine angle is for slicing, butcher, paring, and skinning knives. A 25-degree medium angle is apt for hunting, camping, utility, and chef’s knives.
