A folding knife designed for defense, the easy-to-carry SOG Pentagon XR features a 3.6-Inch cryogenically heat-treated CTS XHP stainless steel, wide spear point blade, and ultra-grip G10 handle. The SOG’s XR Lock enables smooth ambidextrous single-handed opening in three different ways with distinguishably solid blade-lock once open with a fixed-blade-like feel and confidence. The next level of enhanced pocket knife capability is backed by Pentagon’s proven pedigree.

XR Lock
The SOG’s XR Lock allows for a smooth, controlled one-handed opening when intended with a kick opener, thumb stud, or holding back the lock and flicking out the blade. It provides the ultimate built-in blade locking security when open, able to withstand 1500 pounds of force.
CRYO CTS XHP Steel Blade
A high hardness, corrosion-resistant steel that is cryogenically heat-treated to SOG’s unique performance specifications. CTS XHP provides the ideal combination of edge retention and durability for heavy use with minimal maintenance.
Ambidextrous Design
It is designed for single-handed ambidextrous use, with all functions accessible by either hand, including a reversible clip mount for left or right-hand carry.
