Its unique composition features nearly 15 percent vanadium, resulting in a very high concentration of vanadium carbides within its microstructure. In industrial uses, it serves as an excellent alternative to solid carbide for creating complex tool designs. For knife blade, these characteristics lead to impressive cutting capability and outstanding edge retention.
