Manix 2 Salt Knife Construction
This premium version of the Manix 2 features a full-flat-ground blade made from Crucible Industries' CPM MagnaCut - an advanced particle metallurgy steel known for its outstanding combination of edge retention, durability, and exceptional resistance to corrosion. The blade is finished with a Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating and is equipped with a robust Ball Bearing Lock mechanism, along with a handle that includes full skeletonized stainless steel liners and G-10 scales. The scales have a peel-ply texture and are machined with the distinctive Caribbean Bi-Directional Texture pattern, providing a very secure grip. Like the DLC-coated blade, the knife’s liners, the reversible tip-up pocket clip, and all other components are crafted from highly corrosion-resistant materials and boasts non-reflective black coatings.
