JessEm Clear-Cut Precision Stock Guides
Featherboards are a great tool for holding your stock and preventing kickback, but they do have their limitations. The JessEm Clear-Cut Stock Guides can overcome these limitations. This set includes one infeed roller and one outfeed roller, which are mounted on a 5° angle effectively steering your stock towards your fence. This angle placement aids in holding the stock with more when it tried to move against the direction of the feed for safer, smoother, and more precise cuts.
Easy Installation
These Clear-Cut Stock Guides are easy to set up is fast and easy. The rollers are fitted using one-way roller bearings to ensure that each roller spins in the direction of the feed to prevent kickback. These guides mount to a standard 1/4-inch T-Slot available on most standard router table fences. They have a total adjustment 2-3/4 inches.
Secure the Stock
The grip force feed rollers hold your stock securely in position. They easily lock into position along the fence with a twist of the pivot knob. When using thicker stocks, you can also adjust the height by twisting the clamping knob. The clamping knob is broached to accept a 1/4" hex key to add that extra security for long term routing.
Material of Construction
The Clear-Cut Stock Guides are CNC machined from 6000 series aluminum and anodized for appearance and durability. The rollers are made of wear-resistant acetal resin and the axles are machined from cold-rolled steel. In addition, the traction tires are molded out of urethane for long life and superior grip.
Total Control of Your Stock
The dual action of the guides automatically pulls the stock while keeping it secured to the fence. This gives you a complete control of the stock even when routing wide boards or large panels.
